Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so here’s what you need to know about canceling your reservation:

Standard Cancellations:

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before your pickup/delivery date.
    You’ll receive a full refund of your reservation deposit.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before your rental:
    50% of your reservation deposit will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before your rental:
    Your reservation deposit is non-refundable.

No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations:

No refund will be provided.

Modifications & Rescheduling:

  • Need to change your dates? Let us know at least 7 days in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new plans—subject to availability.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

  • Safety is a priority. If extreme weather makes travel unsafe, we may allow a credit toward a future booking, depending on conditions.

Important Notes:

  • All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via email or our contact form.

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
