📌 Booking & Payments
How do I book an RV?
Simply browse our RV inventory, select your dates, and complete your booking request. We’ll confirm availability and send you a rental agreement to finalize your reservation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, Cash and major credit or debit cards. A security deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, we typically require a 2-night minimum rental. Some peak-season rentals may have longer minimum stays.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, so here’s what you need to know about canceling your reservation. You may cancel for free up to 14 days before your pickup or delivery date and receive a full refund of your reservation deposit. If you cancel between 7 and 13 days before your rental, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 7 days before your rental, the deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows. If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new dates, depending on availability. In the event of extreme weather that makes travel unsafe, we may issue a credit toward a future booking, based on conditions and at our discretion. All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form. If a refund is applicable, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?
Yes! If you’re planning a longer trip, contact us for special rates on weekly or monthly rentals.

Where do I pick up my RV?
Pickups are available in Dustin Acres on the outskirts of Taft, CA. We’ll provide exact location details after booking.
Do you offer RV delivery?
Yes! We can deliver and set up your RV at your preferred location. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance.
Do I need a special license to drive or tow an RV?
No special license is required! However, if you’re towing an RV, your vehicle must meet weight and towing capacity requirements.
Will you show me how to use everything in the RV?
Absolutely! Whether you pick up or choose delivery, we’ll give you a full walkthrough on how everything works.

Do your RVs have bathrooms and showers?
Yes! Most of our trailers are equipped with full bathrooms, including a toilet and shower. Check individual listings for details.

Can I bring my own bedding and kitchen supplies?
Of course! If you prefer to bring your own linens or cookware, feel free to do so.

Can I tow the RV myself?
Yes! If you have a suitable tow vehicle, you’re welcome to tow the RV. We’ll provide guidance on hitching and setup.
What size vehicle do I need to tow an RV?
The required towing capacity depends on the trailer size. Each RV listing includes weight details—please ensure your vehicle meets the requirements before booking.
Do your RVs come with a generator?
Some of our RVs include generators or have them available as an add-on rental. Check each listing for specifics.
Can I take the RV out of state?
Yes! Our RVs can be taken on road trips across the U.S. Just let us know your travel plans at the time of booking.
🛠️ Maintenance & Emergencies
What if something breaks or I have an issue with the RV?
We provide a 24/7 support line for renters in case of any issues. If something goes wrong, contact us immediately, and we’ll assist you.
Do I need to clean the RV before returning it?
We ask that you return the RV in a reasonably clean condition. This includes washing dishes, taking out the trash, and sweeping. A deep cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
What if I return the RV late?
Late returns may incur additional fees. Please notify us as soon as possible if you're running behind schedule.
